EST. 2002

Silver Hawk Theatre was opened with an official ribbon cutting ceremony on November 7th, 2002. It was the founding principal of Lincoln Southwest High School, Mr. Jerry Wilks’ dream to have “the best theatre department in the state and the country.” It was Mr. Bob Henrichs who made that dream a reality. For 21 years, Bob built Silver Hawk Theatre into a nationally recognized and award-winning program.

Mr. Bob retired from teaching in May of 2023 and the torch was passed to Mr. Austyn McKee. Austyn is excited about taking Silver Hawk Theatre into the next act of its history.
